Our Key West restaurant offers casual elegance and the best waterfront dining overlooking the Key West Harbor.

Our restaurant pays homage to Tennessee Williams, a frequent Key West guest, by playing on the title of one of his most well-known plays, Cat on a Hot Tin Roof. The Hot Tin Roof restaurant menu is a mix of seafood and land fare prepared in a unique culinary style dubbed "conch-fusion," a mélange of tastes and fragrances, combining traditional Florida with Caribbean influences.

Hot Tin Roof restaurant offers the best Key West’s best waterfront dining. Our lounge and dining room feature elegant island styles, which embrace the vibrant community of Key West. Detailed teak woodwork is complemented by hand painted murals and ceiling panels - all completed by late Key West artist Jeff Beal. White leather seating and wild wire sculptures bring whimsy to the beautiful lounge, while cozy banquettes offer an intimate option when embracing an island romance. Hot Tin Roof is the coolest place to dine, on one hot little island.

Southernmost Mixology Class

Become a cocktail master during this unique experience in Hot Tin Roof at the Ocean Key Resort and Spa. This two hour interactive experience will have you shaking, straining and muddling like a pro. Our talented bartenders will cover the history and techniques of mixology. Then get your hands dirty while helping to make some of your own specialty cocktails from our unique list of libations. Of course, you get to enjoy the fruits of your labor as well as a charcuterie board provided by our award winning Chef.
