General

What is check in/check out time?

Check-in is guaranteed at 4pm and check out is at 11am.

Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?

Our rooms and suites are completely nonsmoking. We do allow smoking on your private balcony and designated areas.

Do you have a beach?

We are an oceanfront property with no beach access as we sit on a deep-sea wall. Our closest beach is a mile away.

Do you have high-speed wired and/or wireless internet access available?

Wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel.

Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?

Yes, the 24-hour fitness center is located on the 2nd floor. A code is needed to enter the fitness center that includes free weights and cardio equipment.

Is room service available 24 hours?

Room service is available from 8:00am to 8:30pm.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed on property, registered service animals only.

What should I do if I lost or forgot something in my room?

Please contact our Concierge / Guest services for assistance.

Transportation

Do you offer shuttle service to/from the airport?

We do not offer a complimentary shuttle service, but you may contact our Concierge for private transportation. Additional fees will apply. Taxis and Uber services are available at the airport.

Do you offer parking?

We offer valet parking only for a nightly fee. Subject to change.

Can we make reservations at Sunset Pier?

Sunset Pier does not take reservations; it is first come first serve.

Can we make reservations at Hot tin roof?

Yes, we highly recommend making reservations as it is in very high demand, especially for dinner. Reservations are available on our website. For reservations outside of 60 days in advance or large groups please email [email protected]

Do you have accessible rooms?

Yes, we have accessible rooms.

Do you have Two double-bed rooms?

We do not offer rooms with two queen/double beds. Most of our suites will offer a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Our largest suites are our Two-bedroom suites.

Do you have connecting rooms?

We do not offer connecting rooms on site. Our two-bedroom suites will be the best option to accommodate a large party.

Do you have an early departure fee?

Yes, an early departure fee in an amount of up to one night’s room and tax may apply.

What is the minimum age requirement to check into the room?

Guests are required to be over the age of 21 to check in.

Will your rooms allow rollaways/cribs? Is there a charge?

Yes, rollaways and cribs are available and are provided free of charge upon request and based on availability.
