Southernmost Golden Hour
Key West sunsets are so spectacular that they are thanked evening with a round of applause from mesmerized onlookers. Enjoy Golden Hour from your private balcony as the sun sets on the horizon over the azure waters of Key West harbor. Our in-room dining staff will serve a flavorful “Make Your Own – Mojito Flight for Two”. Create your own mojito masterpiece with strawberry, mango and coconut nectars, and fruit garnishes. Accompanying your tropical libations will be a “90 Miles from Cuba” Charcuterie Board, curated by our culinary staff and inspired by the flavors of our sister city, Havana. What a perfect start to an evening on the island. Salud!

From Havana to You – Build your own Mojito $48
The exact origin of this Cuban cocktail is constantly under debate. However, it was made famous with the help of Ernest Hemingway in Havana in the 1930’s in a bar called La Bodeguita Del Medio. You can reconstruct it with Bacardi light rum, mint, lime and sugar; add other ingredients to create our signature variations. The hardwood muddler is yours to keep.

Margarita Mixology $98
Start with Patron Silver tequila, fresh lime and pure agave nectar. Add the tools, which are yours to keep, needed to construct the perfect margarita as well additional ingredients to craft tasty variations. Paired with grilled flat bread, featuring Serrano ham, goat cheese and piquillo peppers.
Cuba Libre
The Ultimate Cuba Libre $68
10 Cane sugarcane rum, fresh lime, two classic glass bottles of authentic Mexican Coca Cola made with real cane sugar and served in two Riedel Coca Cola glasses that are yours to keep. Paired with a variety of Cuban finger sandwiches.
