Flamingo Royale Suite
When reimagining our wildly popular Presidential Suite, our design team was inspired by the vibrant colors and boundless energy of our beloved island of Key West. This suite, with panoramic views of stunning turquoise ocean deserved a unique style all its own.
A Curated Redesign
At Ocean Key Resort, we don’t do subtle. When we asked our guests how far we should go with the redesign of our premier penthouse in 2026, the answer was unanimous: “Until it’s almost too much.” As you can imagine, our designers were happy to accommodate.
The Flamingo Royale is a curated evolution of island style. The suite is a masterclass in playful maximalism, featuring:
- Dramatic handmade wallpaper and vibrant dark teal accents.
- Custom textiles in a signature palette of pink, turquoise, lime, and gold.
- A show-stopping brass chandelier and a curated collection of one-of-a-kind accent pillows.

We’re over the moon to feature the work of world-renowned local artist Amanda Johnson. Her “Tropical Impressionist” paintings are displayed throughout the suite, adding a sophisticated island soul to the space.
