Also a special shout out to Patrick in the lobby who handled everyone’s excursions and some special transportation needs…He was great and accommodating. Everyone at Ocean Key excelled beyond normal customer service expectations. I could not be more pleased with my experience planning this large group event with the staff at Ocean Key. Cara was impeccable with her understanding of my needs and executing everything beyond expectation. Charlie was wonderful to work with to plan and schedule several excursions for over 50 people. And thank you so much to Claudia and her staff at the spa for working tirelessly to accommodate again over 51 people with varying schedules so that everyone was able to get the spa service that they requested.

The presentation of the meal was beyond words, the entire group raved about the delicious food. The service staff was amazing and helpful as well.
