In Williams’ play, the Sweet Bird of Youth represents longing, beauty and the ache of change. Ocean Key Resort’s Sweet Bird Bar reimagines that metaphor in full color, through the lens of island life and with a view that inspires.

A curated selection of small plates brings a touch of indulgence to every visit. From Osetra caviar with blinis and crème fraîche to Ibérico lomo, Manchego and crostini and “Caviar of the South” pimento cheese with crackers. Lighter bites like marinated olives and spiced nuts invite easy grazing, while delicate macarons add a sweet finish.
