Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled service. Our Fitness Center and Pool are available for use on the day of your service. Feel free to arrive at your service in your robe or comfortably dressed. For your safety and comfort, we suggest leaving your jewelry and valuables in your guest room.

Services cancelled within 24 hours will be charged in full, including fees. No shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Packages, special occasion parties and group bookings must be canceled 48 hours in advance to avoid a full charge.

To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we ask that you turn off your cell phone and keep conversations to a whisper.

A 25% Spa Amenity Fee will be added to all services and distributed to staff.

Guests must be 16 years of age to receive a private treatment. Spa services for guests 15 and younger are provided at our discretion and a parent or adult guardian must be present during the treatment. Our couple’s room is ideal for children’s massage.

We request consent from your medical professional before beginning treatment. If this is unobtainable, we request that you sign a waiver of liability prior to your service.

The Fitness Center is adjacent to the spa. Hours of operation are 9:00 am – 5:00 pm daily. Guests must be at least 16 years of age to use the equipment without adult supervision.

SpaTerre at Ocean Key Resort & Spa is an island spa open daily from 9am to 5pm, with treatments built around Balinese and Thai rituals, Voya organic seaweed therapies, and aromatherapy, plus a traditional Japanese soaking tub for a ritual bath. Signature bookings include the Coconut Crush Body Renewal and the Key Lime in the Coconut Package, which pairs a massage, a coconut scrub, and a ritual bath overlooking Mallory Square with a Key Lime cocktail. The facial menu starts with the SpaTerre Signature Facial at 50 or 80 minutes, customized to your skin, whether that means hydration, acne, sensitivity or sun damage, and it includes a face, neck and shoulder massage. From there you have the Collagen Boosting Facial at 80 minutes, the Ultimate Age Defying Facial at 110 minutes with eye, lip, neck, décolleté and back work, the Gentleman’s Facial at 50 minutes for skin affected by shaving, and a 25-minute Express Facial to add to a massage. For body work, the Coconut Crush Body Renewal is a 50-minute organic coconut buff, wrap and glow, and the Voya Seaweed Treatments are organic ocean-seaweed rituals for total body restoration, with length and pricing varying by treatment. The Tropical Essence Massage and the Javanese Royal Treatment sit alongside them, and a ritual bath in the traditional Japanese soaking tub can be taken before or after any treatment. The Key Lime in the Coconut Package combines a massage, a scrub, a balcony bath and a signature cocktail across 125 minutes.
